Systemic Policy and Institutional Reforms, Columbia University, New York, February 12-13, 2009

This unique event brought together members from four distinct communities– policy makers (both national level and multilateral), academics, civil society representatives and members of the private financial sector – to discuss ongoing global financial crisis and suggest global policy responses that emphasize the developmental priorities of emerging markets and developing countries.
