Kathy Chen has been an accounting officer at The North-South Institute since 2004, where she does general accounting work. She has successfully completed the third level of the Certified General Accountant program.  Ms. Chen has a business accounting diploma from Algonquin College in Ottawa. She obtained a diploma in office administration from the Jiang Su Province University, in Nan Jing, China; and a teaching diploma from the Nanjing Teacher's College. Prior to joining NSI, Ms. Chen worked for an Ottawa accounting firm. Kchen@nsi-ins.ca
