Shishir Shahnawaz
| Shishir Shahnawaz's research with the Governance of Natural Resources program involves investigating the private sector's role in the governance of natural resources in Africa and exploring the emerging powers' engagement in the continent of Africa. Previously as a World Bank staff in South Asia, he worked on advocacy of small and medium sized enterprises, and economic integration to inform policies for poverty reduction and growth. Mr. Shahnawaz holds a PhD in International Development from the University of Manchester, an M.Sc. in International Planning and Development from the University of Cardiff, and an MBA and a B.Com from the University of Delhi.
